| Oolong teas are semi-fermented teas which gives you some of the same benefits of green and black teas. Oolong teas smell wonderful giving off a sweet aroma of fruit and floral. It has also been credited for lowering cholesterol because of its tannic acid content. Oolong teas have only 15% of the caffeine found in a cup of coffee.
